Privacy policy

What we collect

An account stores your name, email address, and the credentials you choose to connect: a Google service account and an IndexNow key. Domain and URL records you add are stored so the product can function.

How credentials are protected

Service account JSON is encrypted at rest using Fernet symmetric encryption under a key held by the operator. It is decrypted only in memory while a submission runs, is never written to a log, and is never stored in plain text on disk.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, and we do not submit URLs for one account under another account's credentials. Each account operates against its own keys and its own quota.

Third parties

Submissions are sent to the search engine endpoints you enable: Google, and the IndexNow endpoint. Their handling of a submitted URL is governed by their own policies.

Your control

You can export your account data as CSV or JSON at any time, and you can delete domains and credentials from the console. Deleting a domain removes its URLs, credentials and webhook token.
