The pipeline

  1. Add and verify your domain

    Add the domain you want indexed. Indexer generates an IndexNow key and hosts the key file for you, so protocol verification is a single click.

  2. Connect a Google service account

    Create a service account in Google Cloud, enable the Indexing API, and add the service account as an owner of your Search Console property. Upload the JSON and Indexer encrypts it at rest.

  3. Queue your URLs

    Sync a sitemap, upload a file, paste a list, or let the webhook receive URLs from your CMS as pages publish.

  4. Submit and watch the queue

    The dispatcher sends URLs to each engine within the documented quotas and records the response code for every single attempt.

  5. Audit what search engines did

    Search Console URL Inspection reports the real coverage state for each URL: indexed, discovered, crawled but not indexed, blocked or excluded.

  6. Fix what the data shows

    Problem pages are grouped into plain categories, so you fix a class of issue rather than guessing URL by URL.

What is actually possible

Indexing tools are often sold as a shortcut. Here is the honest picture.

IndexNow does not reach Google

IndexNow is an open protocol co-developed by Bing and Yandex. Google is not a participant. Indexer never implies otherwise.

The Indexing API has limits

Google documents the Indexing API for JobPosting and BroadcastEvent content. For other page types, submission is a notification, not a guarantee, and it runs under your own quota.

Submission is not indexing

A successful submission means the engine received the URL. Whether it is crawled and indexed depends on the page and the engine, which is why the audit stage exists.

Quotas are real

Each engine enforces daily and per-minute ceilings. Indexer tracks them so you spend submissions deliberately instead of burning them.
